In 2013, after more than 80 years in the warehousing business, S.H. Bell Company launched DWC Logistics, LLC to expand into full-service third-party logistics. Today, DWC Logistics provides end-to-end freight solutions – spanning ocean, barge, container, and intermodal transport - serving metals, minerals, agricultural products, and a wide range of other commodities.

As part of this growth, DWC Transportation serves as our truck brokerage arm across North America, while DWC Drayage Baltimore, LLC, established in 2015, specializes in intermodal container movements. With our own trailers and chassis based in Baltimore, we provide direct service in the region, while also coordinating drayage across other U.S. ports.
